1. 1/2 grapefruit, cut into chunks -
2. 1 piece of grapefruit peel -
3. Agave or simple syrup -
4. 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves only -
5. 1 1/2 oz. Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum -
6. Ice -
7. Pink grapefruit soda -

How to cook deliciously - Grapefruit-Rosemary Rum Smash

1. Stage

Combine grapefruit chunks, peel, a dash of agave, and rosemary leaves in a cocktail shaker. Muddle the fruit and herbs to extract the juice and flavor. 

2. Stage

Add in the rum, ice, and shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass with ice and top with the pink grapefruit soda.

3. Stage

Garnish with rosemary and small pieces of grapefruit.
