Ingredients for - Floral gin pitcher

1. Ice
2. 300ml dry gin
3. 120ml elderflower liqueur
4. 90ml rose syrup
5. 150ml freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice, plus grapefruit slices to serve
6. tonic water, for topping up
7. rosemary sprig, to garnish

How to cook deliciously - Floral gin pitcher

1 . Stage

Tip some ice into a large pitcher and stir in the gin, elderflower liqueur, rose syrup and grapefruit juice.

2 . Stage

Top up with tonic water and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slices and a rosemary sprig.
