3. 120ml elderflower liqueur -
4. 90ml rose syrup -
5. 150ml freshly squeezed red grapefruit juice, plus grapefruit slices to serve -
6. tonic water, for topping up -
7. rosemary sprig, to garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Floral gin pitcher

1. Stage

Tip some ice into a large pitcher and stir in the gin, elderflower liqueur, rose syrup and grapefruit juice.

2. Stage

Top up with tonic water and stir. Garnish with grapefruit slices and a rosemary sprig.
