Ingredients for - Greek pork patties with radish tzatziki

1. 250g very lean pork mince -
2. handful fresh breadcrumbs -
3. ½ small red onion , finely chopped -
4. ½ garlic clove , crushed or finely chopped -
5. finely grated zest ½ lemon (use the juice in the tzatziki) -
6. 1 tbsp oregano leaves, finely chopped -
7. 1 medium egg -
8. a little olive oil -
9. 100g low-fat Greek yogurt -
10. ½ tbsp chopped dill , plus extra to serve (optional) -
11. 8 small radishes , roughly chopped or sliced -
12. ½ garlic clove , crushed -
13. juice ½ lemon -

How to cook deliciously - Greek pork patties with radish tzatziki

1. Stage

Put the pork, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, lemon zest, oregano and egg in a bowl and season generously. Mix together well and form into 6 patties. Chill until ready to use.

2. Stage

To make the radish tzatziki, mix all the ingredients together and season. Heat a griddle pan to high. Rub the patties with a tiny bit of oil and cook for 2-3 mins each side. Serve with the tzatziki alongside, scattered with more dill, if you like.
