1. Lobsters 4 medium (1 1/2 pound)
2. Salted butter, melted ¼ cup
3. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
4. Grated onion 1 teaspoon
5. Chopped fresh parsley 1 teaspoon
6. Garlic, minced 1 clove
7. Dried tarragon leaves, crushed ¼ teaspoon
8. Hot pepper sauce 1 dash

1 . Stage

Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Cut lobster tails lengthwise with poultry shears. Cut open claws to allow sauce to reach the meat.
