1. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour -
2. 1/4 cup whole wheat flour -
3. 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats -
4. 1 tablespoon brown sugar -
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder -
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
7. 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon fat-free milk -
8. 2 tablespoons egg substitute -
9. 2 teaspoons canola oil -
10. Optional: Fresh berries, maple syrup and butter -

How to cook deliciously - Hearty Multigrain Pancakes

1. Stage

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. Combine the milk, egg substitute and oil; add to dry ingredients just until moistened.

2. Stage

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second side is golden brown. Serve with optional toppings as desired.
