1. Rolled oats - 2 cups
2. Peanut butter - 1 cup
3. Honey - ⅔ cup
4. Dark chocolate chips - ½ cup
5. Ground flax seeds - ½ cup
6. Chocolate-flavored protein powder - ½ cup
7. Unsweetened shredded coconut - ½ cup
8. Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
9. Coconut extract - 1 teaspoon
10. Chopped coffee beans - ¼ cup
11. Cocoa powder (such as Fry's®), or more as needed - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - High-Protein Energy Bites

1. Stage

Mix oats, peanut butter, honey, dark chocolate chips, flax seeds, protein powder, coconut, chia seeds, and coconut extract together in a large bowl; fold in coffee beans. Form mixture into 1-inch balls.

Place cocoa powder in a small bowl. Roll each ball in the cocoa powder until coated.
