1. Chopped rhubarb - 4 cups
2. White sugar - ¾ cup
3. Quick-cooking tapioca - 2 tablespoons
4. Salt - ½ teaspoon
5. Frozen sliced strawberries - ½ (10 ounce) package
6. Rolled oats - 1 cup
7. Brown sugar - ⅓ cup
8. Sifted all-purpose flour - ¼ cup
9. Butter, melted - ¼ cup

How to cook deliciously - Royal Rhubarb Crisp

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Stage

Mix rhubarb, white sugar, tapioca, and salt in a large bowl and toss to coat; let rest, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.

Stir strawberries into the rhubarb mixture; spread into a casserole dish.
