1. Bacon - ½ pound
2. Broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces - 4 heads
3. Raisins - 1 ½ cups
4. Unsalted sunflower seeds - 1 ½ cups
5. Chopped onion - ½ cup
6. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
7. White sugar - ¼ cup
8. Granular sucralose sweetener (such as Splenda®) - ¼ cup
9. White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons

1. Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
