2. Butter, softened - 1 cup
3. Mashed avocado - ¾ cup
4. Eggs - 2
5. Unbleached all-purpose flour - 3 ¼ cups
6. Baking soda - 1 teaspoon
7. Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
8. Sea salt - ¼ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Avocado Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Beat sugar, butter, and avocado together in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth. Add eggs and beat until incorporated.

Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a separate bowl; stir into avocado mixture until dough is well mixed.

Roll dough into walnut-sized balls. Arrange balls 2 inches apart on a nonstick baking sheet; flatten dough slightly.

Bake in the preheated oven until the bottoms of cookies are lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
