1. Graham cracker crumbs 1 ½ cups
2. Butter, melted ⅓ cup
3. White sugar ¼ cup
4. Cream cheese, room temperature 3 (8 ounce) packages
5. White sugar 1 cup
6. Eggs, room temperature 4 large
7. Vanilla extract 1 tablespoon
8. Cream of tartar 1 teaspoon
9. Sour cream 1 pint
10. White sugar ½ cup
11. Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - New York Cheesecake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Make crust: Mix together graham crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a medium bowl until evenly moistened. Press into the bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 9-inch springform pan. Set aside.
