Ingredients for - Homemade Sugar-Free Gummy Bears

1. Cold water - ⅓ cup
2. Unflavored gelatin - 3 (.25 ounce) packages
3. Unsweetened soft drink mix (such as Kool-Aid®) - ½ package
4. Stevia powder, or to taste - 2 teaspoons

How to cook deliciously - Homemade Sugar-Free Gummy Bears

1. Stage

Place candy molds on a baking sheet. Set aside.

2. Stage

Measure cold water in a glass liquid measuring cup. Dissolve gelatin in cold water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps. Stir in soft drink mix and stevia powder. Set aside.

3. Stage

Fill a saucepan almost halfway with water; bring to a boil. Place the measuring cup with gelatin mixture in boiling water; stir until syrupy.

4. Stage

Remove gelatin mixture from boiling water and immediately fill molds using a small syringe.

5. Stage

Chill molds in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour and up to 2 days. Remove gummies from molds.
