4. Ground cloves 2 teaspoons
5. Ground nutmeg 2 teaspoons

7. White sugar 2 cups
8. Shortening ⅔ cup
9. Eggs 2 large
10. Mashed cooked potatoes 2 cups
11. Milk ¾ cup
12. Chopped walnuts 1 cup
13. Raisins 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Irish Potato Cake

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and salt together into a bowl.

Cream sugar and shortening in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in flour mixture alternately with mashed potatoes and milk. Stir in walnuts and raisins. Pour batter into the prepared pan.
