Ingredients for - Lidey's Grilled Tuna Steaks with Wasabi Mayo
1. 4 Fresh tuna steaks (8 oz. each) -
2. 5 tbsp. toasted sesame oil -
3. 4 tbsp. soy sauce -
4. 3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce -
5. 2 tsp. garlic, minced -
6. 1 1/2 tbsp. honey -
8. 1 tbsp. fresh ginger root, grated on a microplane -
11. 7 oz. Greek yogurt -
12. 3 tsp. prepared wasabi* -
13. 2 tsp. freshly squeezed lime juice -
15. 1/2 tsp. lime zest -
How to cook deliciously - Lidey's Grilled Tuna Steaks with Wasabi Mayo
1. Stage
Place tuna in shallow baking dish, just large enough to hold all four steaks.
2. Stage
Whisk all other ingredients together and pour marinade over tuna. Cover and let marinate at room temperature for one hour, flipping steaks halfway through.
3. Stage
In the meantime, prepare charcoal fire for grill or turn on gas grill.
4. Stage
Cook steaks on grill for 3 minutes on each side for medium rare. The middle of tuna should still be bright red.
5. Stage
For wasabi mayo: Whisk all ingredients together in a medium and chill until ready to serve.

Serve tuna steaks with a generous dollop of Wasabi Mayo.
