2. 1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained -
3. 10 pecan halves -
4. 1 tablespoon dried cranberries -
5. POPPY SEED DRESSING: -
6. 3 tablespoons olive oil -
7. 4 teaspoons honey -
8. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar -
9. 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard -
10. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
11. Dash onion powder -
12. 1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds -

1. Stage

Divide the romaine, oranges, pecans and cranberries between two salad plates. In a blender, combine the oil, honey, vinegar, mustard, salt and onion powder; cover and process until smooth. Stir in poppy seeds. Drizzle over salads.
