Ingredients for - Cardamom Cookies

1. 2 cups butter, softened -
2. 2-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, divided -
3. 1 teaspoon ground cardamom -
4. 1/8 teaspoon salt -
5. 1-1/2 teaspoons almond extract -
6. 3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour -
7. 1 cup finely chopped walnuts -

How to cook deliciously - Cardamom Cookies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter, 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, cardamom and salt until light and fluffy. Beat in extract. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in walnuts.

2. Stage

Shape dough into 1-in. balls; place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until edges are golden, 15-17 minutes.

3. Stage

While warm, roll cookies in remaining confectioners' sugar. Cool on wire racks.
