Ingredients for - Margarita Chicken Fajitas

1. 1 c. tequila -
2. Juice of 1 orange -
3. Juice of 3 limes -
4. 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. chili powder, divided -
5. 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. cumin, divided -
6. Kosher salt -
7. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips -
8. 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil -
9. 2 bell peppers, sliced -
10. 1 large onion, sliced -
11. 4 flour tortillas -

How to cook deliciously - Margarita Chicken Fajitas

1. Stage

In a baking dish or large Ziploc bag, combine tequila, orange juice, lime juice, 1 tablespoon chili powder, 1 tablespoon cumin and salt. Add chicken and marinate at least 30 minutes, or up 3 hours.

2. Stage

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add peppers, onions and remaining chili powder and cumin. Cook until slightly softened, 10 minutes. Set aside.

3. Stage

To skillet, add chicken. Sauté until cooked through, 10 to 12 minutes, then set aside.

4. Stage

Char tortillas: Turn on one of the burners of gas stove. Rest tortillas on top of flame, one at a time, turning with tongs when charred, about 30 seconds per side.

5. Stage

Assemble fajitas and serve.
