1. 16 tbsp. butter, melted -
2. 1 3/4 c. brown sugar -
3. 2 large eggs -
4. 2 tsp. vanilla extract -
5. Pinch kosher salt -
6. 2 c. all-purpose flour -
7. 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut -
8. oz. can sweetened condensed milk -
9. rainbow sprinkles, for topping -

How to cook deliciously - Marilyn Blondies

1. Stage

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Stage

Grease a 9x13-in pan with butter or cooking spray.

3. Stage

In a large bowl, stir together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla until evenly combined. Add flour and a pinch of salt until just combined. Sprinkle coconut over the blondie base then drizzle sweetened condensed milk on top of the coconut. Sprinkle the entire surface with rainbow sprinkles.

4. Stage

Pour into pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until set in the middle. Let cool slightly.
