1. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips -
2. 4-1/2 teaspoons canola oil -
3. 40 large marshmallows -
4. 20 wooden pop sticks -
5. Optional toppings: Toasted coconut, assorted sprinkles and toasted chopped nuts -

How to cook deliciously - Marshmallow Pops

1. Stage

In a microwave, melt chocolate chips with oil; stir until smooth.

2. Stage

Thread 2 marshmallows onto each pop stick. Dip marshmallows in melted chocolate, turning to coat; allow excess to drip off. Roll in toppings as desired. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets; refrigerate until set.
