1. Tri-color rotini pasta - 1 (16 ounce) package
2. Black beans, drained and rinsed - 1 (15 ounce) can
3. Mexican-style corn, drained - 1 (11 ounce) can
4. Chopped green chilies - 1 (4 ounce) can
5. Chopped red bell pepper - ½ cup
6. Italian-style salad dressing, or more to taste - ½ cup
7. Shredded Mexican cheese blend - ½ cup
8. Green onions, thinly sliced - 3
9. Minced fresh cilantro - ⅓ cup
10. Onion, minced - 1 slice
11. Taco seasoning mix - 2 tablespoons
12. Lime, juiced - ½

How to cook deliciously - Mexicali Pasta Salad

1. Stage

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.

2. Stage

Mix black beans, corn, green chilies, red bell pepper, Italian dressing, Mexican cheese, green onions, cilantro, onion, taco seasoning, and lime juice together in a bowl. Add rotini and lightly stir to combine.
