3. Chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®) - ¼ cup

Blend whipped topping, milk, and chocolate-hazelnut spread in a blender until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.

Pour mixture into four popsicle molds and attach the lids. Freeze until solid, 3 to 5 hours.
