1. White cake mix 1 (15.25-ounce) package
2. Fruit flavored Jell-O mix 1 (3-ounce) package
3. Boiling water 1 cup
4. Cherry pie filling 1 (21-ounce) can
5. Frozen whipped topping, thawed 1 (16-ounce) container

How to cook deliciously - Cherry Poke Cake

1 . Stage

Prepare and bake cake mix according to package directions for one 9x13-inch cake. Remove cake from oven. Poke holes at once down through cake with a fork. Holes should be at 1-inch intervals.

2 . Stage

While the cake cools, combine gelatin with boiling water. Pour gelatin mixture over the cake. Top with cherry pie filling, then cover with whipped topping. Refrigerate cake for 1 hour before serving.
