1. 2-1/2 teaspoons grated lime zest -
2. 1/4 cup lime juice -
3. 2 tablespoons reduced-sodium soy sauce -
4. 2 teaspoons water -
5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil -
6. 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter -
7. 2-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh gingerroot -
8. 2 garlic cloves, minced -
9. 1/4 teaspoon salt -
10. 1/4 teaspoon pepper -
11. 8 ounces uncooked whole wheat linguine -
12. 2 cups small fresh broccoli florets -
13. 2 medium carrots, grated -
14. 1 medium sweet red pepper, julienned -
15. 2 green onions, chopped -
16. 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil -

How to cook deliciously - Peanut Butter Noodles

1. Stage

Place the lime zest, lime juice, soy sauce, water, sesame oil, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender. Cover it securely, and blend the ingredients into a smooth sauce.

2. Stage

Cook the linguine according to the package directions, adding the broccoli florets during the last five minutes of cooking time. Drain the liquid.

3. Stage

. Transfer the linguine and broccoli to a large bowl, then add the carrots, red pepper, green onions and minced basil. Pour on the peanut butter sauce, and toss until everything is coated.
