1. 40 NILLA Wafers -
2. 3 tbsp. butter or margarine -
3. 4 package Philadelphia Cream Cheese -
4. 1 c. sugar -
5. 1 tbsp. vanilla -
6. 1 tsp. vanilla -
7. 3 eggs -
8. 1 tub COOL WHIP Whipped Topping -

How to cook deliciously - PHILADELPHIA Vanilla Mousse Cheesecake

1. Stage

Heat oven to 325 degrees F.

2. Stage

Mix wafer crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

3. Stage

Beat 3 packages cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.

4. Stage

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely in pan.
