1. 1 can (10 ounces) frozen nonalcoholic pina colada mix, thawed -
2. 1/2 cup sugar -
3. 1/2 cup pineapple-orange juice -
4. 1/8 teaspoon almond extract -
5. 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract -
6. 1-1/2 cups green grapes -
7. 1-1/2 cups seedless red grapes -
8. 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries -
9. 1-1/2 cups halved fresh strawberries -
10. 1 can (8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained -
11. 1/2 cup fresh raspberries -
12. Thinly sliced fresh mint, optional -

For dressing, mix first 5 ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Place fruit in a large bowl; toss gently with dressing.
