Ingredients for - Potato Salad

1. Red potatoes, chopped - 5 pounds
2. Mayonnaise - 3 cups
3. Finely chopped pickles - 2 cups
4. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 5 large
5. Chopped red onion - ½ cup
6. Chopped celery - ½ cup
7. Prepared mustard - 3 tablespoons
8. Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
9. Salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
10. Ground black pepper - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Potato Salad

1. Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to the empty pot to dry and cool.

2. Stage

Stir together mayonnaise, pickles, hard-cooked eggs, red onion, celery, mustard, cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Fold in cooled potatoes until well combined.
