2. Mayonnaise 3 cups
3. Finely chopped pickles 2 cups
4. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped 5 large
5. Chopped red onion ½ cup
6. Chopped celery ½ cup
7. Prepared mustard 3 tablespoons
8. Apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon
9. Salt, or to taste 1 teaspoon

1 . Stage

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to the empty pot to dry and cool.
