Ingredients for - Roasted Acorn Squash with Parmesan Cheese

1. Acorn squash, seeded and quartered - 2 small
2. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 teaspoon
3. Coarse salt, or to taste - 1 teaspoon
4. Unsalted butter, melted - 2 tablespoons
5. Ground black pepper to taste - 2 tablespoons
6. Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste - 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Acorn Squash with Parmesan Cheese

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly oil a baking sheet with olive oil.

2. Stage

Put quartered squash on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Sprinkle lightly with salt; don't add too much!

3. Stage

Roast squash in the preheated oven until tender when poked with a fork, about 40 minutes.

4. Stage

Remove from the oven and brush squash pieces with melted butter. Season with pepper, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
