1. Kabocha squash, cut into wedges and seeded 1
2. Olive oil, or as needed 1 tablespoon
3. Sea salt to taste 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Kabocha Squash

1 . Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Place kabocha squash wedges, cut-side up, in a baking pan. Brush lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.

3 . Stage

Bake in the preheated oven until tender when pierced with a knife, 35 to 40 minutes.
