5. Skinless, boneless chicken thighs - 6
6. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
7. Onion, chopped - 1 large
8. Garlic, chopped - 6 cloves
9. Butternut squash, cut into 1-inch cubes - 2 pounds
10. Diced tomatoes - 1 (28 ounce) can
11. Chicken broth - 1 ½ cups
12. Hot paprika - 1 ½ teaspoons

Mix cilantro, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Coat chicken thighs with spice mixture.
