1. Thick-cut bacon, sliced into 1/4-inch strips, or more to taste - 4 slices
2. Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise - 1 pound
3. Garlic, thinly sliced, or more to taste - 1 clove
4. Chicken stock - ½ cup
5. Butter, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
6. Balsamic vinegar, or to taste - 1 tablespoon
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 tablespoon

1. Stage
