1. Red potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces - 10
2. Olive oil, or as needed - 2 teaspoons
3. Hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 3 large
4. Celery, chopped - ½ stalk
5. Chopped green onion - ¼ cup
6. Cooked bacon, chopped - 3 slices
7. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
8. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
