1. Yellow onions 4 medium
2. Olive oil 2 tablespoons
3. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
4. Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Roasted Onions

1 . Stage

Adjust the oven rack to the lowest position; preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

2 . Stage

Peel onions and cut in half. Toss onion halves with oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Place onions, cut-sides down, on a rimmed baking sheet.

3 . Stage

Roast in the preheated oven until onions are tender and the cut surfaces are golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

4 . Stage

Remove from the oven and adjust seasonings if necessary. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar to serve.
