2. Clementines - peeled, segmented, and diced - 2
3. Roma tomato, diced - 1
4. Red onion - ½ small
5. Scallions, sliced - 2
6. Lemon, juiced - ½
7. Lime, juiced - ½
8. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
9. Chopped cilantro, or to taste (Optional) - 1 tablespoon
10. Olive oil - ½ teaspoon
11. Sea salt to taste - ½ teaspoon
