1. Frozen seafood mix (such as shrimp, oysters, clams, squid) - 3 cups
2. Water - 2 cups
3. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
4. Scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces - 1 bunch
5. Eggs - 2
6. Garlic, minced - 1 clove
7. Salt and ground black pepper to taste - 1 clove
8. Olive oil, or as needed - 1 tablespoon
9. Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
10. Scallion, thinly sliced - 1
11. Rice vinegar - 1 ½ teaspoons
12. Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
13. Brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
14. Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) (Optional) - ½ teaspoon
15. Sesame seeds - ½ teaspoon

How to cook deliciously - Haemul Pajeon (Korean Seafood Pancake)

1. Stage

Combine seafood mix, water, flour, 1 bunch scallions, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl; mix until batter is thick.

2. Stage

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour half the batter evenly into the skillet. Cook until bottom and edges are browned, 7 to 8 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until the opposite side is browned, 7 to 8 minutes more. Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.

3. Stage

Combine soy sauce, 1 stalk scallion, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, gochugaru, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Serve pancakes with dipping sauce.
