1. 1 c. water -
2. 1 (3-oz.) packet cherry Jell-O -
3. 1 c. Rumchata -
4. Cool whip, for garnish -
5. Cinnamon sugar, for garnish -

How to cook deliciously - Rumchata Jell-O Shots

1. Stage

Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Whisk in packet of Jell-O mix, stirring until completely dissolved. Turn off heat. Pour in rumchata, mixing until thoroughly combined. 

2. Stage

Pour into a large measuring cup, small pitcher or another glass so it's easier to pour into the shot glasses.

3. Stage

Pour the Jell-O mixture into each of the shot glasses. Place the shot glasses into the refrigerator until the Jell-o sets, about 2 hours.

4. Stage

Dollop with Cool Whip then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
