2. 1/2 cup sunflower kernels -
3. 1/3 cup toasted wheat germ -
4. 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut -
5. 1/4 cup sliced almonds -
6. 1/4 cup chopped pecans -
7. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts -
8. 1/4 cup ground flaxseed -
9. 1/2 cup honey -
10. 1/3 cup water -
11. 3 tablespoons canola oil -
12. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon -
13. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract -
14. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg -
15. Dash salt -
16. 3/4 cup dried cranberries -
17. 3/4 cup raisins -
18. Yogurt, optional -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Honey Nut Granola

1. Stage

In a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a small bowl, whisk honey, water, oil, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and salt until blended; stir into oat mixture. Cook, covered, on high 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until crisp, stirring well every 20 minutes.

2. Stage

Stir in cranberries and raisins. Spread evenly onto waxed paper or baking sheets; cool completely. Store in airtight containers. If desired, serve with yogurt.
