1. 1 small rump roast (3 to 4 lbs.)
2. 3 c. beef broth
3. 1 c. low-sodium soy sauce
4. 1/2 c. brown sugar
5. 4 cloves garlic, chopped
6. 3 tbsp. sesame oil
7. Juice of 3 limes
8. 2 tbsp. sriracha
9. Cooked jasmine rice, for serving
10. Green onions, for serving

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Korean Beef

1 . Stage

In a 6-quart slow-cooker, combine rump roast, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, lime juice, and Sriracha. Cover and cook on low, 8 hours.

2 . Stage

When ready to eat, transfer beef to a cutting board and shred. Pour over enough broth until nicely saucy, then serve over rice with green onions.
