1. 1 small rump roast (3 to 4 lbs.) -
2. 3 c. beef broth -
3. 1 c. low-sodium soy sauce -
4. 1/2 c. brown sugar -
5. 4 cloves garlic, chopped -
6. 3 tbsp. sesame oil -
7. Juice of 3 limes -
8. 2 tbsp. sriracha -
9. Cooked jasmine rice, for serving -
10. Green onions, for serving -

How to cook deliciously - Slow-Cooker Korean Beef

1. Stage

In a 6-quart slow-cooker, combine rump roast, beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, sesame oil, lime juice, and Sriracha. Cover and cook on low, 8 hours.

2. Stage

When ready to eat, transfer beef to a cutting board and shred. Pour over enough broth until nicely saucy, then serve over rice with green onions.
