Ingredients for - Southern Pecan Crisps

1. 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet)
2. 1/2 c. brown sugar
3. 2 tbsp. butter or margarine
4. c. chopped pecans
5. Confectioners' sugar

How to cook deliciously - Southern Pecan Crisps

1 . Stage

THAW pastry sheet at room temperature 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix brown sugar, butter and pecans.

2 . Stage

UNFOLD pastry on lightly floured surface. Roll into 15-inch by 12-inch rectangle. Cut into 20 (3-inch) squares. Press squares into bottoms of 3-inch muffin-pan cups. Place 1 heaping teaspoon pecan mixture in center of each.

3 . Stage

BAKE 12 minutes or until golden. Remove from pans. Let cool. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Makes 20 pastries.
