Ingredients for - Baileys à la French Toast

1. Baileys® Original Irish Cream - ½ ounce
2. Whipping cream - 4 ounces
3. Confectioners' sugar - 2 tablespoons
4. Baileys® Original Irish Cream - 2 ½ ounces
5. Whipping cream - 2 ½ ounces
6. Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
7. Eggs - 2
8. Bakery-style bread - 2 thick slices
9. Butter - 1 tablespoon
10. Dark chocolate chips, melted - 3 ½ tablespoons

How to cook deliciously - Baileys à la French Toast

1. Stage

Whisk together the 1/2 oz. Baileys Original Irish Cream, 4 oz. of whipping cream and 2 tbsp confectioners sugar until mixture forms soft peaks. Chill and put aside for topping the finished product.

2. Stage

Combine 2 1/2 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream, 2 1/2 oz. of whipping cream, 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and 2 eggs in a shallow dish.

3. Stage

Dip the bread into the mixture while heating 1 tbsp butter in a pan for frying.

4. Stage

Fry dipped bread until golden brown on each side.

5. Stage

Top with whipped cream mixture.
