1. Ricotta cheese - 2 cups
2. Cream cheese, at room temperature - 1 (8 ounce) package
3. Confectioners' sugar - 1 ½ cups
4. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
5. Miniature semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

How to cook deliciously - Cannoli Dip

1. Stage

Beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth; add sugar and vanilla. Continue to stir mixture until sugar is completely incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips until well-blended.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator until chilled, at least 10 minutes.
