6. Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
7. All-purpose flour - 2 cups
8. Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
9. Rolled oats - 2 cups
10. Shredded coconut - ¼ cup
11. Ground cinnamon - 2 ½ teaspoons
12. Ground cloves - ½ teaspoon
13. Vegan chocolate chips (Optional) - ½ cup
14. Dried apricots, quartered (Optional) - ½ cup
