1. Pineapple chunks in juice 1 (20 ounce) can
2. Brown sugar ⅓ cup
3. Low-sodium soy sauce ¼ cup
4. Onion, sliced 1 small
5. Garlic, minced 2 cloves
6. Crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon
7. Ground ginger ½ teaspoon
8. Ground black pepper ½ teaspoon
9. Pork butt roast 1 (3 pound)

1 . Stage

Pour pineapple chunks and juice in a bowl; add brown sugar, soy sauce, onion, garlic, pepper flakes, ginger, and black pepper and stir to combine.
