1. 1/2 cup sugar -
2. 1 tablespoon cornstarch -
3. 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice -
4. 1/4 cup water -
5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice -
6. 4 ounces cream cheese, softened -
7. 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar -
8. 1-3/4 cups whipped topping -
9. 12 sugar cookies (3 inches) -
10. 1 cup fresh blueberries -
11. 1 cup chopped peeled kiwifruit -
12. 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries -

How to cook deliciously - Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizzas

1. Stage

In a small saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, water and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened. Transfer the glaze to a small bowl, and refrigerate until cooled but not set.

Spread the cream cheese topping over the top of the cookies. Arrange the fresh fruit on top, and drizzle with the glaze. Refrigerate for one hour or until chilled.
