3. Hot sauce - 2 tablespoons
4. Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
5. Chopped fresh ginger root - 2 teaspoons
6. Chopped garlic - 2 teaspoons
7. Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1/2 inch strips - 4
8. Salt and pepper to taste - 4
9. Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
