How to cook deliciously - Pea sticks
1. Stage
Wash the peas, pour water in a 1:2 ratio, add a bay leaf, bring to a boil and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes until tender. I use mashed potatoes, if it is not available, you can boil potatoes on purpose, or cut raw potatoes into large cubes and add them 10 minutes before the end of cooking in the peas.

While the peas are boiling, peel and finely chop the onion, peel and grate the carrot. Fry the onion and carrot in vegetable oil until tender.
