1. 6 tilapia fillets (6 ounces each) -
2. 3 tablespoons butter, melted -
3. 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided -
4. 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning -
5. 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped -
6. 1 medium orange, peeled, sectioned and chopped -
7. 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion -
8. 1 tablespoon capers, drained -
9. 1-1/2 tablespoons brown sugar -
10. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar -

How to cook deliciously - Tilapia with Tomato-Orange Relish

1. Stage

Place fish in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and the lemon pepper. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

2. Stage

In a small bowl, combine the tomato, orange, onion, capers, brown sugar, vinegar and remaining salt. Serve with fish.
