1. Stage
Cut onion in half lengthwise, keeping stem intact, then slice from top through stem into 1/4-inch strips.

Spray grill pan with nonstick cooking spray; heat on medium-high until hot. Spray peppers and onion with cooking spray; place in pan. Cook 12 minutes or until tender and grill marks appear, tossing often.

Meanwhile, cut turkey crosswise into 1/4-inch strips. In bowl, toss turkey with cooking sauce; set aside. From lime, grate 1 teaspoon peel. Cut lime into wedges; stir peel into sour cream.

Transfer vegetables from grill pan to plate; cover with foil to keep warm.

Remove pan from heat; spray with cooking spray. Add turkey and cook on medium-high 6 to 7 minutes or until grill marks appear on the outside and turkey is no longer pink inside (cut into to check), turning once. While turkey cooks, wrap tortillas in damp paper towels; microwave on High 1 minute.
