Ingredients for - Unicorn Ice Cream

1. 3 c. heavy cream -
2. 1 11-oz. can sweetened condensed milk -
3. 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract -
4. 2 drops each assorted food coloring (pink, purple, green, blue, yellow) -
5. Sprinkles, for topping (optional) -

How to cook deliciously - Unicorn Ice Cream

1. Stage

In a large bowl using a hand mixer or in the bowl of a stand mixer using the whisk attachment, whisk heavy cream until medium peaks form.

2. Stage

Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla until totally combined, then divide mixture among 5 bowls.

3. Stage

Add a different color food coloring to each bowl (we used pink, purple, green, blue and yellow) and stir until combined.

Layer dollops of the colors in a 9"-x-5" loaf pan until you run out of the mixture.

Smooth the top and run a knife through the mixture to swirl the colors (don't overmix or else the colors will become muddy; 4 to 5 swirls should be plenty).

Top with sprinkles (if using) and freeze until firm, 5 hours.

7. Stage

Remove from freezer and let soften, 5 to 10 minutes, then scoop and serve.
