1. Cubed, seeded watermelon 6 cups
2. Grapeseed oil ¼ cup
3. Chopped scallions 1 cup
4. Sliced jalapeno peppers 2 tablespoons
5. Salt and ground black pepper to taste 2 tablespoons
6. Chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon

How to cook deliciously - Warm Watermelon Salad

Place watermelon in a large bowl.

Heat grapeseed oil in a skillet over low heat; cook and stir scallions and jalapeno peppers until fragrant and warmed, 1 to 2 minutes. Spoon scallion mixture over watermelon; season with salt and pepper and toss to coat. Sprinkle parsley over salad.
