1. Salmon fillet - 1 (3 pound)
2. Mayonnaise - 1 cup
3. Wasabi powder - 1 tablespoon
4. Yukon gold potato chips, crushed - 1 (8 ounce) bag

How to cook deliciously - Wasabi Mayo Salmon

1. Stage

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon, skin-side down, onto the prepared baking sheet.

Mix mayonnaise and wasabi powder together in a small bowl; spread evenly over salmon, then press crushed chips over top.

Roast in the preheated oven until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 20 minutes.
