1. Bacon, trimmed of fat and cut into small pieces 4 slices
2. Avocado, halved and pitted 1
3. Hard-boiled eggs, halved 6
4. Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
5. Prepared yellow mustard 2 teaspoons
6. Lime juice 1 splash
7. Red pepper flakes 1 pinch

How to cook deliciously - Avocado and Bacon-Stuffed Eggs

1 . Stage

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 5 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

2 . Stage

Mash avocado in a large bowl with a fork. Mix in bacon, yolks from the hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and lime juice.
